A quick look inside the A5 ruled out that model as having to adult passengers in the rear seat would be practical only if they were contortionists. So the only decision left was which color and option package on the Q5. Our salesperson took us to the backlot where there were a few dozen Q5's , almost all some shade of black or white. Fixed the problem, but poor shuttle service Good news is they found and fixed the issue with my coolant leak and it was covered under warranty. Bad news is the shuttle service. Dropped off my car at 8:30am (my scheduled appointment time) and waited almost an hour for the shuttle, which actually never came. After a half hour, they told me the shuttle would be here in 5 minutes; 15 minutes later they said 10 minutes. When I complained, the sales manager ended up driving myself and another person (who had been waiting longer than me) into downtown Hartford. Fortunately, the return shuttle went much smoother. More
