Daughter sends spouse and infant boy in Audi Q5 headed to Connecticut out of NYC. Daughter gets on Amtrack train back to Washington DC. Realizes too late she has key fob in her pocket. Spouse pulls over to highway rest area 30 minutes south of Hartford. Car shuts down with fussy infant. We pick child and spouse, overnight keys to Hoffman Audi, attention Jim Berube, and he picks up car, washes and clean car, refuses any compensation. Hoffman for Life !!! More
