Quote for Headliner Replacement I spoke with Service representative Rob Hlasyszn on about scheduling an appointment to provide a quote for the replacement of a headliner that was rec I spoke with Service representative Rob Hlasyszn on about scheduling an appointment to provide a quote for the replacement of a headliner that was recently damaged (during a windshield replacement by a vendor under an insurance claim). I called by cell phone as I was traveling and under a very busy and pressed scheduled. I was unsure if I could fit the appointment into my schedule and was inquiring bout the time needed to view my car and generate a quote. Rob took down information regarding make model and VIN number of my car and on his own took the initiative to quickly turn a quote around back to me in about 15 minutes, saving me the need for the appointment and my long day becoming an even longer one.
