On the pick up date he reviewed all aspects of the vehicle and said to call any time if there were questions. He also took me to meet the Service Manager to make the connection for future servicing of the vehicle. More

Went above and beyond! I brought my Audi A6 in for a recall service. This was my first visit to Hoffman Audi (I purchased the vehicle at a different dealership). Robert r I brought my Audi A6 in for a recall service. This was my first visit to Hoffman Audi (I purchased the vehicle at a different dealership). Robert researched my VIN and found that I still had Audi Care on the car from the previous owner and I was due a free oil change and brake fluid flush.
