Brake pads are wearing wrong. Very noisy. Car was in twice same problem. Noisy brakes. After they said they hear nothing. I pulled apart front passenger side brakes. Found backing plate on Car was in twice same problem. Noisy brakes. After they said they hear nothing. I pulled apart front passenger side brakes. Found backing plate on caliper rough and grinding into back of pads. This IS a problem. If my brakes fail to stop my car with my family in it. I will own this company. Pads cost 160.00. Why can't they fix what is broken? They never even pull pads to see them. Tires never removed. Please do something with this before this causes a problem with lawyer. More

Horrific Experience - False Promises, Terrible Treatment Crooked dealer, makes false promises and do not keep their word. Inconsiderate and non accommodative. They try to squeeze out money from you in any way possible. Will say anything to get you to sign the lease and will later back out of their word. This dealership ruins the reputation of audi and cannot be trusted. More
