The suspension repairs were done very well and returned the vehicle to near original condition. Much appreciated. Decent I am a little unhappy that my car was washed yet still had quite a bit of bird droppings on it - seems like the washing wasn't very thorough. I am also frustrated with the fact that I was told I should align my tires (very expensive) when they were only one degree off. The alignment test deliberately made it look like the tires were dangerously unaligned. I know I should have been a smarter consumer and asked questions before I gave the go-ahead, but at the same time I feel that I was deceived on purpose. Lastly I am irritated that the entire visit took 2 hours. The last time I had my oil changed here it took 45 minutes. More
