She told me everything about my car that had to do with how much warranty is left and next service appointments etc. had to get few things done on the car they gave me a loaner and kept me up to date with everything. Thank you Just a note to thank Jake and Norman for helping with my flat tire. Tire went flat about 5 minutes from Audi at 7:45 their busiest time. Called from road and Jake told me to come right in. When I got there was told tire needed a patch. I told them I had a meeting soon and was in a real hurry. They did everything possible to get me in and out asap and kept me informed the entire time. Norman told me he was the dispatcher and would do all he could to help me keep my meeting. He did and even found a wheel lock kit for me when he realized I didn't have one. Kudos to both and thank you for being so service minded and helpful. Mal Schneider More
