A real "no drama" experience Leasing a new car can be an exciting yet traumatic experience, especially when you are in the market for a "luxury" vehicle. My experience with Hoffm Leasing a new car can be an exciting yet traumatic experience, especially when you are in the market for a "luxury" vehicle. My experience with Hoffman Audi, and Peter Helou, was anything but traumatic. I knew what vehicle I wished to lease and had done a fair amount of diligence on that vehicle, and on relevant market conditions, so I felt prepared when I first visited the dealership. I was expecting the experience to be pretty straightforward, and it was. Peter listened to what I wanted and never tried to "up sell" a more expensive vehicle. I had an idea about color choices, and he showed me those choices on in-stock vehicles, as well as some other available color choices. I eventually settled on a different combination. When that combination was not easily available in the model/performance package I selected, Peter didn't try to get me to consider a less-attractive but more available alternative. Instead, Peter was able to locate the same model with greatly enhanced features that was available, and he agreed to work the deal on virtually the same terms and conditions as my original, lesser choice. I was very impressed with his willingness to make it work for me. The lease application and approval process was painless, and the "closing" on the lease took no more than 20 minutes. The dealership was even flexible on the delivery date, agreeing to hold the car for as long as I needed to make the delivery date fit my schedule. All in all, a very exciting experience that was completely devoid of drama or trauma. More
