Excellent Customer Service I leased an Audi Q5. They made the process extremely efficient, easy and fast. While there was a small mix-up in what features were in the vehicle (wh I leased an Audi Q5. They made the process extremely efficient, easy and fast. While there was a small mix-up in what features were in the vehicle (which was admittedly my fault), salesperson Ron quickly fixed the problem without question. He was a breath of fresh air compared to any other car sales person I had dealt with in the past at other dealerships.
