Athena greeted me warmly, offered me breakfast (!), and then surprised us with great news, the prior owner had purchased an extended service package, and this transferred over to US! The recalls and service she suggested were completed in a very timely manner, she actually assigned two technicians to work on the car at the same time to reduce my wait time. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. More

Drop off was very smooth as was the paperwork for the loaner. Service went quickly and I was actually able to get my car earlier than I had anticipated. Alex Serrano also answered a couple "how to" questions for me. I was greeted by Steve Steller, who helped me purchase the vehicle and by Jason McGinnis with whom I have interacted with many times during my 15 years of owning Audis. Overall, I like the friendly atmosphere of Hoffman Audi. More
