Brakes, Tires, Alignment Usually I rate 5 starts, as I always have great quick service, which is why I drive the 45 mins. However this visit was great until after I left and had driven 15 mins away. I got new front brakes and 4 new tires and was very surprised when the underinflate tire gauge came on - so I pulled off at next exit to check pressure. One was at the PSI number on the inside of the door, 3 were well below, so I filled them. I called to share the issue only to find out that the PSI on the inside of the door was for fully loaded and I had overfilled 3 tires instead of lowering the one tire. So I had to take additional time, go to local garage to use air gauge / pump, a good experience turned bad. I don't know who I spoke to on the phone, but no apology or anything else was offered for me during the phone call, which also disappointed me. At one point I was asked to look up in the manual what my tire pressure should be, then I was asked what tires I had just bought. I know the centers computers were partially off line, however, that daily record should've been available via hard copy to reference. More
