I was having issues with the turbo of my Audi A4 and Elliot and Olivia took my car in immediately which is not common for most dealerships. They were extraordinary and went above and beyond anything expected. They dropped me off at work and picked me up to arrange my loaner until the car was fixed. They accommodated my schedule to ensure I made it to all my work and family commitments without any disruptions. It was an extremely pleasant experience which I have not had at other dealerships. I know I will be taking my car back for service to Hoffman Audi of East Hartford because of the fantastic service I received from Elliot and Olivia. I am also confident I will be purchasing my next car from them as well. More

A service appointment was made for me? I received an email that a service center appointment was made for me. There was no reason given to me as to why the service appointment was made fo I received an email that a service center appointment was made for me. There was no reason given to me as to why the service appointment was made for me and what service they would be performing. I immediately called the service department at 4 pm that day and there was no one who answered the phone. I let it ring about 20 times and no one answered and it did not go to an answering machine. I then emailed back the appointment reminder to ask why I had received an appointment I didn't request and what was the purpose. I never received a response. Clearly, the service couldn't be worse. More
