I was having issues with the turbo of my Audi A4 and Elliot and Olivia took my car in immediately which is not common for most dealerships. They were extraordinary and went above and beyond anything expected. They dropped me off at work and picked me up to arrange my loaner until the car was fixed. They accommodated my schedule to ensure I made it to all my work and family commitments without any disruptions. It was an extremely pleasant experience which I have not had at other dealerships.
