The noise my car was making did not present itself upon arrival but they agreed to do an inspection to ensure there were no issues. Also offered to schedule a loaner if the problem persists. Service was extremely helpful and shuttle ride was very convenient. More

Disappointed My first visit approx 6 months ago exceeded my expectation so I was surprised by my last visit a couple weeks ago which was disappointing for a few re My first visit approx 6 months ago exceeded my expectation so I was surprised by my last visit a couple weeks ago which was disappointing for a few reasons. First, I was never told tire rotations weren't included on the audicare package I bought, however it was recommended it be done. When I questioned this, I was told that alignment and balancing for $340 was recommended instead. My car has 13k miles and this was being recommended at the point of drop off, before it was even looked at. No real explaination - It certainly felt like a sales call instead of a service visit. Second, I have a small slice in the sidewalk of one tire that I noticed when after my 5k service which included a tire rotation. It was suggested that I replace the tire and have alignment done for $470. There was no attempt to explain what the tire warranty is, if there is one. There is no other damage to the tire or area around it. It seems to be a defect or something that happened when the car was transported prior to sale. Third, the wait for a shuttle ride was longer than I ever experienced at past dealerships. This seemed odd because there were so many service associates sitting at their desks and walking around without customers to help. Overall, I missed the professionalism and honesty of the Lynch Toyota service who I dealt with for the last 8 years and always felt I was treated fairly and with the respect of proper explainations. Also, I miss the car "health" report I used to get from them which documented the areas that were checked and the status of each item (I.e. Condition of brakes, tires, etc, measure of wear). Lastly, I will give them credit for agreeing to replace my front license plate holder for no charge because the old one seems to have fallen off which is requiring me to have to pay for new replacement plates and time off from work to stand in line at the motor vehicle department. So, I'm glad I don't have to pay for the plate holder as well. More

I needed a major service repair and have a busy work schedule and she was able to work around it and gave Olivia Roy was great and very accommodating.
