Vibration issue on a new car with 7K miles on it I had to bring my A-4 in twice over a 5 day period, as the vibration issue was not resolved the first time. I am disappointed to be having this issue I had to bring my A-4 in twice over a 5 day period, as the vibration issue was not resolved the first time. I am disappointed to be having this issue in the first place with the tires, as we've had Volvo's and Lexus's and NEVER had this issue of having mud in the tires causing any problem. The mechanic, Mike, who dealt with it, was extremely nice and helpful and I would give him 5 stars, aside from the issue itself and the fact that no one returned my early morning call to the service center - I had to call again in the afternoon; also, no one seemed to know that I had been in only a few days earlier. I think this is a design flaw, frankly and one which now creates an additional maintenance issue for me which I have never had with any other car. I'm pretty disgruntled because this problem should have been disclosed to us when we bought the car - we have a house on a dirt road and I saw this problem mentioned frequently on the internet now but wish I had known beforehand. More
