He is quiet because he listens to his customers on what their needs unlike most other used cars salesman who go on a rant. If I ever go back I'm always asking for Mark Natter. 4 star because not so much fun experience with the financing manager, was being pushed in the last minute to buy an extended warranty inspite of asking for some time to review. Finance: Please don't get pushy because you have a number target for end of month, not my problem. If it was not for Mark, I'd have walked away, he even found a Audi finance scheme which can save $500 when finance team wasn't willing to further research on it. 5-star for Mark Natter and his boss Tony More

Certified car had serious issues We bought a certified pre-owned A4, and as soon as the car was driven over 60 MPH or so, we noticed severe vibration and brought car back to Hoffman. We bought a certified pre-owned A4, and as soon as the car was driven over 60 MPH or so, we noticed severe vibration and brought car back to Hoffman. After being told the tires were rebalanced, we left. The problem continued. We ended up bringing it to another Audi dealer, who informed us that all tires were "feathered, that one wheel was "badly bent" and the other "slightly bent." This car should not have been certified, and certainly did not meet Audi's standards. While Dani enabled us to return the car, we were appalled by our entire experience with Hoffman. For a dealership whose motto is "Driven by Trust", we did not find them to be either trustworthy or customer focused. More
