He followed up with many different financial options that I asked him about before I would make a decision. My time was restricted and they moved mountains to make me happy. I met Tim previously at the Audi Dealership in West Springfield MA. Once I walked into Audi East Hartford I hit the jackpot. I knew I would be treated above and beyond and I knew he had my back and would make a deal that would be acceptable to both of us. It was such a peace of mind to be treated with respect and mostly understanding. In the end I knew I would be buying a car from him especially when he put me with Steve Seller the Salesman. Sale person-Steve Seller was amazing polite,extremely knowlegable, flexible above and beyond any person that I have purchased a car from. He was very, very patient with me and never pushed me he just sold the car by having a great passion for that vehicle. He knew his job well and he truly presents a comfortable environment in one of the most nerve wracking position for a customer he make you feel at home. His manner is truly commendable. The best thing I can say about him is he figures out his customer very quickly. I would 100% recommend him personally and professionally. He keeps helping me after the sale when I discounected my bluetooth and garage door opener. He just said, "come on over and I will take care of it" and he did just that with a smile and a sense of humor. The East Hartford Audi Dealership along with GM-Tim Micheal, Steve Seller, Parts and Service team are there to please. Trust me I am know. I was impressed with the quality of the service provided at Hoffman. Mark Natter was the brand specialist assigned to me and he provided invaluable and relevant information on the vehicles I had on my short at Hoffman. Steve was very informative and helpful in demonstrating the features of the Audi A6. He was patient and took the time I needed to get comfortable with the car. I came into the dealership on Friday looking for an A4. Mark is very professional and knowledgeable and got right down to business. The next day my new car was ready to go and I finished up the paper work and was done in 45 minutes. I am a busy professional and I really appreciated how smoothly, professionally and efficiently everything went. Also, after shopping several Audi dealers, Mark offered me the best price. Nate Pekala recently sold me my 2011 Audi S4 with red seats, which my wife first hated but now loves. I live in Manhattan, so started my search with Audi Manhattan. The experience was akin to being roughed up by gangsters. I expanded my radius to Long Island, New Jersey, and sourthern CT. Never a "great" experience, as I was looking for something very specific (I wanted a slightly used S4 like the one I saw on-line, but was locked into a lease for the next five months. Translation: the sales person would need to be exceedingly patient with me to earn the sale, and nobody was willing to). Months into my search for the perfect car, I was home in CT to see my parents and stopped by Hoffman, and I happened to be approached by Nate. To make a long story short, Nate spent 2 months helping me through my situation before I finally ordered my new S4 to my liking from Hoffman. The experience was about as positive as I could have hoped for, being that buying a car can be stressful sometimes. I strongly recommend calling Nate Pekala and working with Rob on your next Audi purchase. And yes, even if you live 120 miles away. Andrew G - NYC More
