Very good experience at dealership. I was given a test drive and no hard sell pressure. Only hiccup was doing the paper work when I was picking up the car. Mr. Natter, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Originally I went in to look at a used Audi convertible. We test drove the car, and because it was raining he even had me pull into the garge so he Originally I went in to look at a used Audi convertible. We test drove the car, and because it was raining he even had me pull into the garge so he could show me how to put the top down and enabled me to take a good look at the condition of the car inside and out without standing in the rain. When I drove the car I did not fall in love with it as expected so I asked Mr. Natter if he had any other cars to show me. He asked what I was looking for in a new vehicle so I explained. He then showed me another used car, a 2008 A-4 with only 19,000 miles. I drove that car and fell in love with it immediately. Mr. Natter listened to what I was looking for and was able to meet my needs and desires in a new car for my driving pleasure. In addition when preparing the car for my pick up he noticed a few things he thought I would want fixed and he took care of those items with me having to even let him know thereby foregoing any delay in my ability to have my car in perfect shape upon my pick up. More

I met Tim previously at the Audi Dealership in West Springfield MA. Once I walked into Audi East Hartford I hit the jackpot. I knew I would be treated above and beyond and I knew he had my back and would make a deal that would be acceptable to both of us. It was such a peace of mind to be treated with respect and mostly understanding. In the end I knew I would be buying a car from him especially when he put me with Steve Seller the Salesman. Sale person-Steve Seller was amazing polite,extremely knowlegable, flexible above and beyond any person that I have purchased a car from. He was very, very patient with me and never pushed me he just sold the car by having a great passion for that vehicle. He knew his job well and he truly presents a comfortable environment in one of the most nerve wracking position for a customer he make you feel at home. His manner is truly commendable. The best thing I can say about him is he figures out his customer very quickly. I would 100% recommend him personally and professionally. He keeps helping me after the sale when I discounected my bluetooth and garage door opener. He just said, "come on over and I will take care of it" and he did just that with a smile and a sense of humor. The East Hartford Audi Dealership along with GM-Tim Micheal, Steve Seller, Parts and Service team are there to please. Trust me I am know. Mark Natter was the brand specialist assigned to me and he provided invaluable and relevant information on the vehicles I had on my short at Hoffman. Steve was very informative and helpful in demonstrating the features of the Audi A6. He was patient and took the time I needed to get comfortable with the car.
