When I drove the car I did not fall in love with it as expected so I asked Mr. Natter if he had any other cars to show me. He asked what I was looking for in a new vehicle so I explained. He then showed me another used car, a 2008 A-4 with only 19,000 miles. I drove that car and fell in love with it immediately. Mr. Natter listened to what I was looking for and was able to meet my needs and desires in a new car for my driving pleasure. In addition when preparing the car for my pick up he noticed a few things he thought I would want fixed and he took care of those items with me having to even let him know thereby foregoing any delay in my ability to have my car in perfect shape upon my pick up. The best thing I can say about him is he figures out his customer very quickly. I would 100% recommend him personally and professionally. He keeps helping me after the sale when I discounected my bluetooth and garage door opener. He just said, "come on over and I will take care of it" and he did just that with a smile and a sense of humor.
