Worst experience ever w/ any dealer over 40 years of buying cars . Told me a S5 was new when I inquired & had been safely on the showroom floor . I was a first time buying looking for a car that was a gift for myself for all the hard work I had done in school and for being a young age (24) a lot of dealerships did not take me seriously. Very good experience at dealership. I was given a test drive and no hard sell pressure. Only hiccup was doing the paper work when I was picking up the car. Mr. Natter, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Originally I went in to look at a used Audi convertible. We test drove the car, and because it was raining he even had me pull into the garge so he Originally I went in to look at a used Audi convertible. We test drove the car, and because it was raining he even had me pull into the garge so he could show me how to put the top down and enabled me to take a good look at the condition of the car inside and out without standing in the rain. When I drove the car I did not fall in love with it as expected so I asked Mr. Natter if he had any other cars to show me. He asked what I was looking for in a new vehicle so I explained. He then showed me another used car, a 2008 A-4 with only 19,000 miles. I drove that car and fell in love with it immediately. Mr. Natter listened to what I was looking for and was able to meet my needs and desires in a new car for my driving pleasure. In addition when preparing the car for my pick up he noticed a few things he thought I would want fixed and he took care of those items with me having to even let him know thereby foregoing any delay in my ability to have my car in perfect shape upon my pick up.
