In November of 2014, I bought a 2014 Audi s4 premium I’m taking the time out of my day to write this review for the Hoffman Auto Group in Hartford ct. In November of 2014, I bought a 2014 Audi s4 premium plus package from Josh Gomes. Now, not even talking about my car for a quick minute, I had been into the dealership a few times before this point, but I was coming out of my first car, which happened to be a Volvo. At 21 years old when a salesman see’s you walk through the door to “test drive”, a 60 thousand dollar German sports car you cant help but think, that “kid” is just here to drive a nice car and leave. When I walked through the doors at Hoffman, not only was I treated with world-class service, respect, and attentiveness, but also I was treated as family rather than a customer. Serving my country currently in the Army National Guard has shown me a few things one of which is being a good judge of character, and everyone on their facility, from the salesman, to the GM, to the mechanics, was ran at such a professional level, that I will never buy another automobile from another dealership. A nice car, you can buy from any of the one million dealerships in Connecticut, but I give you my word when I tell you, you will not be more impressed with the other 999,999 you walk into, that aren’t up to par with Hoffman dealership quality. Hoffman’s branded themselves with the quote “Hoffman, Driven By Trust” and they back that up 110% every time you pull on the lot, no matter what the case may be, or what the issue is, you will be taken care of. I will never drive another car that doesn’t come from Hoffman’s. More

Just after Christmas he called again because he didn't want me to miss out on The Season of Audi deals that were ending soon. About a week later I was driving off the lot in my new SUV. I have always had great experiences with Hoffman and Adrian was no exception, he made the whole process very easy, he was persistent without being pushy and really made sure he found a color I would be happy with when inventory on the East Coast was quickly dwindling. Even though I had already owned a Q7 Adrian delivered the car to me as if I had never owned one, he showed me things I didn't even know the car had. I am very happy with the whole process and my new SUV! More

Adrian Hester was our salesman both times and he made the experience as smooth and pressure free as possible. There is a stark difference with how we were treated here than at other dealerships we visited. The other dealerships we visited seemed more about making the sale and their bottom line. Adrian was more concerned about getting you in the best car that filled your needs and budget. More
Never respond I wanted to buy my leased car from this dealer. I called several times to set up an appointment. No body responded. I called again for another document. Of course, no body responded. I just stopped by. I was told that the new plates and registration would arrive in a week or so and they would contact me. After two months, I was not heard any. I called and sent an email several times since I do not want to drive without the current registration. Of course, no response. I just stopped by and finished the document. I did not even bother to ask them why they don't respond. I just think it is their nature of the company, No response. I hope their service is as good as Audi. More
Outstanding Experience I was, in effect, purchasing the car over the phone, as I live in St. Louis and was purchasing the car for pick up in a week. I worked with Stephanie, who coordinate on-line sales. She was fabulous, provided an excellent price and did everything she said she would. No surprises, no issues, just a great price and service. When we picked up the car, Patty took care of us and she extended the outstanding service and even picked my son up at the airport a week later, when he came to pick up the car. Overall an excellent experience. More

The guy, Jeff I think, was extremely rude and explained that it's illegal to give out info without proof of ownership. The new ign is from the junk yard. I told him that another Audi dealer said they would give me just the key since it's useless unless it's programmed. He told me that I should deal with them. I asked if he could give me the cut code. He blew up and says, "What don't you understand?! I can't give you any info. Stop asking" it was my last simple question and I explained that I was just wondering. He hung up on me. Ill never deal with this company. Too rude. More

Went to Hoffman Audi and met my salesperson Mark Natter who showed me the Q5. I was impressed that he steered me towards the four cylinder first, instead of trying to immediately up-sell the 6 cylinder to me. Mark was very knowledgeable about the car and all it had to offer. Once I decided to buy the car a few days later, I called Mark and asked if he would consider a trade-in. Terms were negotiated in a few hours in a friendly and professional manner. I felt the price on the new car and the trade-in were fair and reasonable. This is my first experience with this dealership and it was a positive one. Hope my service experience down the road is just as good. More

I am at a loss for words. I had to deal with some of the most uncouth, uneducated, non-customer oriented employees-and this at a luxury car dealership. What a shame. I figured the 4th of July would be a great time to purchase a car. My wife and I were going to head to Antigua for 2 weeks, but we put it off for the good car deals offered and to purchase an Audi we found locally at Hoffman Audi. I made a test drive appointment for 07/05/2013 on 07/03/2013. In fact, the pictures were so descriptive, that I was going to buy the car for the advertised price of $30,000. I withdrew $30,000 cash from my bank on 07/05/2013 and went on my to Hoffman Audi. At 10:08 AM, 07/05/2013, I received a phone call on my Iphone, but the caller hung up and did not leave a message. The phone number was Hoffman Audi. I checked my email on the phone, and my internet saleswoman stated that the car was "sold," and that my appointment was "cancelled." At this point I was halfway up to East Hartford, I called her back and told her that I had the cash in hand and even cancelled my 4th of July trip to Antigua to purchase this car. She stated that it was sold on 07/03/2013 after 6pm-at the time she left work., right after she sent me an email confirming my appointment for a "luxury" car test drive. But why did she send me a confirmation email at 7:45 PM that night, stating that the car was ready for me after the holiday, on 07/05/2013? She was still clearly at work, and I later found out from senior management that she had lied. Senior Mgt. failed to address my concerns or find me a car that would suit my needs. This is my very first experience with Audi. I thought that a luxury brand name and a top-rated dealership would treat new customers paying by cash-in full, in a much more refined manner. I saved all the emails that establish a timeline. These people lied to me and wasted my time and my vacation. I even called Audi USA to complain, and they wasted my time. "Audi-Driven By Trust."
