Excellent car buying experience! My boyfriend and I recently went in to test drive an A4 and a S4; we ended up taking home the S4 the very next day! We worked with Adrian Hester throughout the process who was wonderful and never at any point did we feel pressured to make a quick decision regarding our purchase during our visit at Hoffman. Many sales associates at other dealerships come off pushy and overbearing, which makes your car buying experience unpleasant. This was not the case at all with Adrian. We had a couple concerns regarding a few scratches on the car, but Adrian quickly had them taken care of exceeding our expectations. We are more than happy with our purchase and would recommend going to see Adrian at Hoffman if you are looking to purchase a new or used Audi. More

Great used Terrain, great salesperson A couple months ago I bought a used GMC Terrain from this dealership, it took me 2 months to find a vehicle that I was interested in, the best part wa A couple months ago I bought a used GMC Terrain from this dealership, it took me 2 months to find a vehicle that I was interested in, the best part was that I told Adrian what I was looking for and he didn't try to push me to buy a vehicle quicker or one that he wanted to sell me. I test drove 3 vehicles and wasn't overally wanting of any. The best part was that when a trade would come in or a vehicle that Adrian thought I might like that he would send me an email right away. It always felt like I was the first one to get the pick of a new trade in and that he was looking out for my best interest first. Well, finally it happened again, a trade in of a 2012 GMC Terrain with low miles, one owner off a corporate lease, this vehicle was mint and I got to test drive it first. It is fully loaded and it didn't even look like anyone had ever used the back seat or trunk. I bought it almost right away, and everything has been great, Adrian followed up with me a couple weeks later too make sure everything was great, which it is, I would defiantly do business with this dealership/salesperson in the future More

After researching and visiting other dealerships, we made an appoint Terrence Hubbard is the man to see when you enter Hoffman Audi in East Hartford. After researching and visiting other dealerships, we made an appointment to test drive a 2015 Q3 with a Hoffman representative - NOT Terrence. When we arrived for the test drive, we were initially informed that there were no Q3's available. We were frustrated and wanted to leave the dealership and not return. Terrence approached us and was professional, courteous, and calmly handled the situation getting a Q3 to look at immediately. We test drove the vehicle and Terrence was very knowledgeable and informative which lead to our purchase of the car. He kept us updated throughout the entire process of the car's travel from Germany to the dealership. Terrence test drove the car to ensure that everything was working properly and the car was given a full detail previous to our arrival. The transfer of ownership, familiarization of the car, and the overall delivery of the car were very impressive. I had recently picked up a car from another dealer and was extremely put off by the games with the Finance Manager and was glad to not have to deal with any of that with Drew at Hoffman Audi. As horrid as it can be to buy a car sometimes, I'd head back to Hoffman Audi on the next go around and would recommend Adrian and Drew to anyone in the future. More
