Although I just leased my 3rd A5 with Hoffman, and Steve Steller, my sales representative this time, was the best salesman I've worked with to date. Although I was very familiar with the A5 model, Steve showed me features and functions I was unaware of and will find great use for. He was thoroughly knowledgeable of Audi vehicles in general, which was evident to me because I originally considered leasing a Q5 this time, and Steve was able to point out all the features and functions of the Q5 I tested with him. The information he provided and the time he spent made it much easier for me to finally make a decision. Great Experience with a great dealership. I went in looking for a 2010-2012 Audi S4 and after going for a test drive with a salesman he had to go elsewhere to help out since the dealership was I went in looking for a 2010-2012 Audi S4 and after going for a test drive with a salesman he had to go elsewhere to help out since the dealership was down a finance manager. Stacey Violette an Audi Brand Specialist stepped in and took care of me from there. We ended up taking an S5 out for a test drive and she was very knowledgeable about the cars features and fun to talk to about the car. You can tell she is a big fan of the cars she's selling by the passion in her voice when discussing them, which makes the car buying experience more enjoyable. When discussing pricing, etc it is all very low pressure and honest, they don't start out at an unrealistic price and barter with you, they price their vehicles at very competitive market prices. After I put a deposit on the vehicle there were a few things I wanted fixed prior to delivery and Stacey delivered on all of them and was always responsive to my questions (even when I would email her 5+ times a day). Brian Webster was my finance manager. He had only been there for 3 days but has been in the business for 15 years and you could tell he was a true industry professional, he had us in and out in a timely manner which was much appreciated since we were in a rush. While taking delivery of the vehicle I'm not one of the people who wants to sit there for an hour being told how everything works, I like to play around with it and figure out how things work but any questions I had like how to flip through the mpg, miles driven, etc on the instrument cluster screen and she was able to answer quickly and efficiently . I love the car so far and will definitely be buying another car (RS5) in the next few years from Stacey and Hoffman Audi. -Jeffrey Baird More

Working with their team was absolutely fantastic. They have a very 'no nonsense' process of selling their cars which I couldn't appreciate more. Hoffman isn't my local dealer but I'm happy to drive the extra distance to work with them in the future. If you haven't spoken to this dealership as part of your buying decision yet you absolutely should. More
