First there was a nail in one of t The staff at the dealership was great: however, I am unhappy with the vehicles because of the problems I have had. First there was a nail in one of the rear tires that caused a bumpy ride. There was also a noise coming from the dash when the car reached 40 miles per hour or more. Come to find out that it was caused by a wheel bearing and they told me they were going to replace both front wheel bearings. There was also a scratch on the hood of the vehicle that they are suppose to correct. These problems should not happen with a supposed luxury vehicle. I feel that this vehicle should be replaced. I am schedule to pick up the vehicle later today. More

Now with the holiday and my vacation plans started, I must decide if I should take this car or a much older and smaller car on a 5 hour trip (each direction). Does anyone read what the customer puts on the service request? The service rep only read it when I asked if they found any problems. Do the technicians see these statements? Great professional service From start to finish the service was top notch, like a 3 Michelin Star restaurant. The technicians are knowledgeable and everyone is honest which isn't easy to find. Well worth the extra money to take it to them. More

First Service appointment Great service all around. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that the first one usually takes a couple of hours. As a result, I came with Great service all around. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that the first one usually takes a couple of hours. As a result, I came with enough work and reading materials to keep busy during the service time. The greeting was excellent. Robert came right out as I pulled in. He validated the service need and then offerred me a breakfast sandwich. That was a great touch. And the sandwich was excellent. He came right out when the car was ready (1 hour, 45 minutes), handed me my keys and a receipt and I was home 15 minutes later - with a nice clean car. More

Her response was prompt and much more detailed than we had anticipated. We thus scheduled an appointment to view and test drive the car. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Steve Steller who brought us to the car which had been positioned at the front of the dealership for us. Later that day we decided to purchase the car. When we returned the following week for delivery, the car was actually in the showroom and had received what can best be described as a very attentive detailing and prep. Steve then spent a great deal of time with us going over the myriad of technologies and operational aspects of the vehicle. Steve also introduced us to people in the service department which was a nice touch. All-in-all a very fine car buying experience. Brian Webster in the finance department was also very helpful and professional. More
