Great experince puircashing my Audi from Hoffman I basically bought my new Audi A5 convertible over the internet. Ashleigh and Mark were so helpful providing information , pictures , and videos that I basically bought my new Audi A5 convertible over the internet. I put down a CC deposit and they had the car ready to pick up in 2 days. When I picked it up they explained everything in the car to me, which was a lot between all the features and NAV system. The dealership was spotless clean as was the car. Everyone I dealt with there was professional and courteous. If you are interested in a new or used Audi I would recommend using Hoffman Audi as they know how to treat customers. It's been a week now, and I LOVE my AUDI! More

I was sent on my way, back in the loaner car, and followed up the next day only to be advised that this issue hadn't been addressed. Something about a top mechanic or service manager being absent....the excuses while possibly real, seemed similar to 'the dog ate my homework'. Luckily my wife had the answer. Why not take my spare key to the dealership and see if it works. Eureka! Unlocked the car. Re-synced the key I had left with the dealership when leaving my car for repairs - and off home to congratulate my wife on her expert advice. More

Bulb replacement Had to have a headlight replaced. The bulb cost is under $5,00, however, installation of this bulb was $195.00. Is there something wrong here????? Had to have a headlight replaced. I could not not replace this bulb, but I can guarantee you that any other non essential bulbs that might need replacement will not be replaced. I would love to hear from Hoffman Audi on this matter. I have been a customer for over 20 years with Hoffman Audi, and to say that I am non plussed is putting it mildly. More
