People is totally courteous and knowledgeable in all matters, they are second to none for sure, but also I admire the management, because assemble a team like that and make it work flawless, means the one is leading knows what their doing. Loaner Car is always available. the car is returned always in the promised time or before, and maintenance and repairs are really done in a perfect way.. This fact and the reality than is hard to have a car better than the A7, make me take a new one and keep going with the Hoffman AUDI team More
Very Disappointed in the level of Customer Service Unfortunately I do not have the level of satisfaction that I am seeing from some of the reviewers here regarding their Hoffman Audi experience. I pur Unfortunately I do not have the level of satisfaction that I am seeing from some of the reviewers here regarding their Hoffman Audi experience. I purchased an A4 from a family member, which was purchased new from Hoffman. The first 30k miles were great, however, since then I have replaced a high pressure fuel pump, an O2 sensor and now my turbo needs to be replaced, all of which are out of warrantee and out of pocket expenses. The turbo replacement is a recent issue, I brought the car to Hoffman about 2 months ago with questions regarding the engine, Hoffman noted on my paperwork that the turbo was making loud noises, however, they could not diagnose the issue. 2 months later my Turbo goes and it is out of warrantee. This is certainly not the level of quality I would expect from Hoffman. I have taken it upon myself to contact Corporate Audi and Corporate mentioned that Hoffman has not been returning their calls regarding potentially compensated repairs to my vehicle. To top it off, when I brought the vehicle to a well respected local German car mechanic to take a look and replace the 02 sensor, he said there was physical damage and the sensor was fastened with a zip tie. Hoffman is the only other mechanic that has ever worked on the car. Hopefully Corporate Audi can do something to help with the replacement of the Turbo as that is a significant expense which has been out of warrantee for 2k miles. I wish I had a better story to provide, I love Audi's and I will be purchasing another despite the issues I am facing at the time. However, I think I will go to a different dealer and hope for an improved level of customer service. More

Great experience Had a couple of cosmetic issues in the interior which were all fixed and covered on warranty and then had an issue with the oil light going on but Ale Had a couple of cosmetic issues in the interior which were all fixed and covered on warranty and then had an issue with the oil light going on but Alex helped address the issue and fix it, in which there have not been any further issues since. Alex was a great help and was willing to do whatever it took to make sure all the issues were taken care of. More

He went above and beyond by coming in on his day off to ensure that my car was ready. More

Spider Swirl marks all over my brand new Q5!!! With a very heavy heart i write this review as love my Audi Q5 performance. This summer I thought I will fulfill one of my childhood dreams of buying With a very heavy heart i write this review as love my Audi Q5 performance. This summer I thought I will fulfill one of my childhood dreams of buying a great car from a great brand like Audi. Reputed for the quality of the cars and service it provides to its customers. I narrowed down a good car and picked it up almost immediately. My fault of picking up the car in the night time. least did i know that as a courtesy when they polished my car they had managed to scratch the car all around with micro spider marks (circular in nature) all over the car on the bonnet, doors, fenders, bumper etc. These mark are prominent in direct sunlight when viewed at an angle or directly. The polisher most likely used a dirty cloth on the machine which rubbed small particles on the paint and caused the scratches. I showed the car to the dealer and ask them to remove it, they tired to remove it but failed. Through my google research I found out that this can only be removed by a true professional going spot by spot with the right filler compound and not by removing a portion of my clear coat. The dealer was not ready to invest the time required by a professional to get it corrected. I contacted Audi North America as well with photographic evidence and with over a month of email and phone exchanges they said the dealer needs to take a call and they recorded my evidence in their system with assurance to look at it if the marks darken. No resolution was provided. A shattered dream of a perfect car (fully loaded 3.0 Q5 did not come cheap) from a highly rated dealer; I just feel sad and disappointed and accepted my bad luck on this but have the following advise out there to other who are looking to buy: 1. If possible don't get your car polished in the dealership, they don't have the right folks doing it 2. If your car is polished pick it up only in direct sunlight, look at the car for distinct spider swirl marks 3. If you are picking it up in the evening or night go with a powerful LED torch 4. Look at the car from an angle to see the scratch marks More
