Leased the car and loved it. The dealership was horrendous. Brought it in 2x for a recall, left it several days both times, each time they didn't have the parts. Really? The managers didn't return our phone calls. There are other Audi dealers in Connecticut, go to them, hopefully they care about their customers. More

Poor Service Department Stay away from their service department One bad experience was replacing a water pump at 35K miles. They said it was leaking. I had not noticed it. Stay away from their service department One bad experience was replacing a water pump at 35K miles. They said it was leaking. I had not noticed it. The paperwork they submitted to Audi for the warranty work stated that the "customer" stated that it was difficult to maintain the coolant level. The I called them they said they have to say that even if it isn't true in order to get Audi to cover it. There was no leak. More recently I bought it in for a noise coming from the front end. They replaced a wheel bearing and a differential. The noise was still there when I brought it home! They also said that a brake job I had done be an independent shop was inadequate. I brought it to an independent ship to check the breaks and the still present noise. They said the brake job was fine and I shoaled go to another Audi dealer for the noise. Inskip Audi solved my problems. They also said the brakes were fine and fixed the noise. It was a transmission problem. Hoffman Audi spoke negatively of other work that was good, did unnecessary repairs and did not do the proper work. Beware! More
Not happy with my experience at all. I was happy to find a beautiful used BMW X5 on their lot and chose theirs over one at the BMW dealer because of how mint the condition was. I moved forward with the deal and when I came to pick it up, there was a huge scratch down to the metal in one of the doors not there before. To paint that would cost me an arm and a leg and all they’ve offered is to spot treat it which will look terrible considering the size and depth of the scratch. They also racked on an extra 3% from the verbal interest rate I was given in the contract which I didn’t notice until I got home (my fault for trusting the verbal agreement and not looking). Ripped me off with GAP insurance, told me for a fee they could remove the ball from my hitch of the vehicle I traded (literally a pin that’s removed and that’s it). And to top it all off, my license is suspended thanks to them not getting the registration sent to me in fair time. I’ve had their dealer tag since the day before Thanksgiving! Let me tell you how inconvenient it is to have a suspended license with my daughter, a 1.5 year old in my care full time. The lack of communication and urgency on their end is unreal! Not a happy customer. Still waiting!!!!! More

After the sale was completed their professionalism continued as I had a few requests that they took care of when they really didn’t have to. We will certainly recommend this dealership and especially the gentleman that we worked with to anyone. More

They came back with a high interest rate and ended up matching the rate we got from another bank. Shop around you don't have to accept what they offer. We also told them no vehicle etching and the tried to charge us for that too. Never again. My guess is we would have been treated better if we bought new. More
