Leased the car and loved it. The dealership was horrendous. Brought it in 2x for a recall, left it several days both times, each time they didn't have the parts. Really? Poor Service Department Stay away from their service department One bad experience was replacing a water pump at 35K miles. They said it was leaking. I had not noticed it. The paperwork they submitted to Audi for the warranty work stated that the "customer" stated that it was difficult to maintain the coolant level. The I called them they said they have to say that even if it isn't true in order to get Audi to cover it. There was no leak. More recently I bought it in for a noise coming from the front end. They replaced a wheel bearing and a differential. The noise was still there when I brought it home! They also said that a brake job I had done be an independent shop was inadequate. I brought it to an independent ship to check the breaks and the still present noise. They said the brake job was fine and I shoaled go to another Audi dealer for the noise. Inskip Audi solved my problems. They also said the brakes were fine and fixed the noise. It was a transmission problem. Hoffman Audi spoke negatively of other work that was good, did unnecessary repairs and did not do the proper work. Beware! More
Not happy with my experience at all. I was happy to find a beautiful used BMW X5 on their lot and chose theirs over one at the BMW dealer because of how mint the condition was. I moved forward with the deal and when I came to pick it up, there was a huge scratch down to the metal in one of the doors not there before. To paint that would cost me an arm and a leg and all they’ve offered is to spot treat it which will look terrible considering the size and depth of the scratch. They also racked on an extra 3% from the verbal interest rate I was given in the contract which I didn’t notice until I got home (my fault for trusting the verbal agreement and not looking). Ripped me off with GAP insurance, told me for a fee they could remove the ball from my hitch of the vehicle I traded (literally a pin that’s removed and that’s it). And to top it all off, my license is suspended thanks to them not getting the registration sent to me in fair time. I’ve had their dealer tag since the day before Thanksgiving! Let me tell you how inconvenient it is to have a suspended license with my daughter, a 1.5 year old in my care full time. The lack of communication and urgency on their end is unreal! Not a happy customer. Still waiting!!!!! More

After the sale was completed their professionalism continued as I had a few requests that they took care of when they really didn’t have to. We will certainly recommend this dealership and especially the gentleman that we worked with to anyone. More

They came back with a high interest rate and ended up matching the rate we got from another bank. Shop around you don't have to accept what they offer. We also told them no vehicle etching and the tried to charge us for that too. Never again. My guess is we would have been treated better if we bought new. More

They claimed that my verbal interest meant buying an overpriced clear coat on the car, although I told them not to apply that few days before the final sale! Josh Gomes and Alfonso manipulated me and lied on my face and Gomes even threatened me that I could loose my deposit if I don’t buy the car! Then he promised to mail a partial credit for the clear coat in mail which I never received. He must have pocketed that himself. Oh, wait! Tried to contact and left 3 messages for his boss, Zach, thinking he would care about unhappy new customer. Oh, please, not these guys! They don’t give a xxxx about customer satisfaction. Absolutely mind boggling! Believe me, don’t be fooled by these actors, they will lie on your face and screw you. Never ever will I deal with them again. More
Worst experience-still waiting for accessories promised 4/13 I'm from NY, drove 110+ miles (each way) to check/test drive a 2016 Certified Pre-owned Q5 on Saturday morning, April 13, 2019. SALES: We were gr I'm from NY, drove 110+ miles (each way) to check/test drive a 2016 Certified Pre-owned Q5 on Saturday morning, April 13, 2019. SALES: We were greeted by salesperson Mr. Pat Kopecki; we test drove vehicle & agreed on a final price. Have nothing but good to say about Mr, Kopecki; he was friendly, easy going to negotiate with & helpful. When we agreed on final selling price, I asked them if they could include as part of the deal some car accessories (hats, keychains, shirts), which they agreed to (Mr, Kopecki & his sales manager, Peter Helou). It's been 3+ months since I bought the vehicle & still have not received these accessories we agreed to on 4/13/19. I have called Mr. Helou numerous times & he has promised he will send the accessories but none has come. Last time I called Mr. Helou was 5/31/19. I also emailed Mr. Zach Hoffman (dealer owner/manager) on 5/1/2019 but he never replied back. I will update this review every month to let you know if anything changes but I doubt it will. ADVISE TO PROSPECTIVE BUYERS AT THIS DEALER: any negotiations you make with them, ask them to put in writing. If they promise to give you extras at a later date, they will never send them & they will not honor what you negotiate with them in good faith. FINANCE: After we agreed on final price with salesperson, we then headed to Finance consultant, Mr. Drew White. I was asked to sign few paperwork but I questioned one where it had a specific rate & specific bank, which we had not spoken about or agreed upon. When I questioned Mr. White about the specific rate and bank, he mentioned that's what they were giving me to finance the vehicle. But it was a higher rate from a different bank from the bank I was pre-approved for. If I had not read the paper & just signed it, I would have been deceived. The finance consultant/manager should never dictate/force a buyer to agree on their terms. ADVISE TO BUYERS: always come with a pre-approved rate from your preferred bank. Dealers are always looking to give you the higher APR%. After back & forth with Mr. White, we agreed with their preferred bank but at a lower rate (slight lower %). I was ready to back out of the deal even if it meant driving back to NY without the Q5. UPDATE: Mr. Kopecki no longer works at this Audi dealer. Mr. Helou never called me from last time we spoke when he said he would call me back with tracking # of the shipped accessories. More
