Annual Service Scheduled annual service appointment.. Service was well done and timely. Also needed to fix right passenger window, (wouldn't go up or down). During this fix the door speaker cover was cracked. Part was not available so needed to bring car back the following week to have it fixed. It was a pain. While this is my first Audi (Q7) and I actua I was very pleased with the level of service and client-focused approach I experienced at Hoffman Audit. While this is my first Audi (Q7) and I actually did not buy the vehicle at the Hoffman East Hartford location, Olivia Roy was very friendly, professional, and made me feel like a "long-time" customer. The communication was very clear in terms of what would be done and when the vehicle would be ready, which was much appreciated given my busy schedule. I would highly recommend Olivia and Hoffman Audi to anyone I know either owning an Audit or thinking of buying one. More
Always a great experience. I worked with Jason McGinnis and everything was perfect. I just had an oil change and had them check the air pressure in my tires. They listen and are very focused on serving your needs I was having an unusal problem with my son"s 2004 A6 Audi Quattro which I have been barrowing for a while. The cooling system was losing coolant, not I was having an unusal problem with my son"s 2004 A6 Audi Quattro which I have been barrowing for a while. The cooling system was losing coolant, not while the car was being driven, but, instead while it was parked in the driveway. My and the tech's first thought the thermostat was the problem - a costly fix. In disussing the matter with Olivia and Rob of the service department, that didn't sound right since the car wasn't overheating while being driven. Instead the requested that I leave the car overnight while they pressure tested the cooling system. The following day the coolant level was the same as the night before. With that information in hand they suggested that a coolant sealer be added and that I drive the car for several days. The sealer which was much less costly seems to be the solution.. I am retired and the cost savings and good service is very much appreciated. Marshall Taylor More

Mount front end License Plate Bracket A-6 Overall, service staff was very friendly and helpful. However there was a mix up or miscommunication between Hoffman of New London and Hoffman East H Overall, service staff was very friendly and helpful. However there was a mix up or miscommunication between Hoffman of New London and Hoffman East Hartford dealership of where the bracket was located to install on my car. I purchased car from New London dealership and front license plate bracket was missing from car. There fore New London dealership ordered the bracket and was to ship to East Hartford dealership to install since I live and work closer to the East Hartford dealership. East Hartford called me and set up the apt. However, when I got there and waiting for an hour, they realized the bracket was still sitting in New London office and wasn't available for them to install. Therefore had to leave and reschedule another day until the bracket was sent from the New London Dealership to the East Hartford Dealership. 2 days later, I had to return and they installed the bracket. As I said, it was just an unfortunate thing but not intended on anyone part that I had to waste a trip over when I was called to come in to get the bracket installed. So in all my other service needs, I've usually and have always rated my service as "excellent". Thank you More
