I have had one of my cars serviced at Hoffman multiple times and now bringing second one to them for service. They will even work with other non audi dealers ( that's where I bought second audi ) and make sure the car is up to specs. Olivia is the best service adviser I have ever dealt with. I'm very happy to hear that Hoffman is expanding its network and will be selling and servicing BMW's. If you need things to get done go to Hoffman!!! More

Great Sales Experience Had been in the market for a used Ininiti M35X for a little while... Hoffman Audi got a 2007 in that looked almost brand new in the pictures. Went to see it the next day, and worked with Dani Sayegh. We agreed on a sales price within 5 minutes - which was quickly approved by his manager. Good finance and warranty support with Brian Webster. Went to pick up car, and was in and out in an hour. If there be one "complaint", it didn't appear that much (if any) effort went into trying to buff out the few surface scratches... Dani said you "had to be careful" to not buff out the paint, but the car appeared to me to be in the same condition as it was when I first test drove it. I would use the dealership and Dani again for potential future auto purchases. More

Worst experience ever I bought 2 cars from Audi E. Hartford. Both were a terrible experience. The first Audi Convertible purchase had a contract quoted and signed by the sa I bought 2 cars from Audi E. Hartford. Both were a terrible experience. The first Audi Convertible purchase had a contract quoted and signed by the salesperson and me. When we went to pick it up, we waited 2 hours past our appointment time for the salesman. Then he added $2000 to the price for items he "forgot". Another 2 hours to speak with the manager to negotiate a $1000 split. Terrible, STRESSFUL experience. I would have never bought another car here until I met Dani Sayegh. He is a superb, honest and knowledgeable salesman. He sold me an A7 which I love. Dani couldn't be there when I picked up the car so Adrian Hester showed me the car. Adrian is passionate, sincere, and knows every car. I was talked into and paid $900 add on for tire, etc insurance. I called back when I got home and canceled it. The finance manager said no problem. Well, it's been a big problem. Almost a year later and at least ten follow up calls, there is still no refund. I am told every time I call that it takes 6 weeks. Customer service is appalling More
Mercedes Service Far Superior to Hoffman Audi I had my Audi convertible serviced and it was a terrible experience. The girl who scheduled the appointment was very condescending because I live outs I had my Audi convertible serviced and it was a terrible experience. The girl who scheduled the appointment was very condescending because I live outside the service area. I live 11 miles away. Apparently, that is too far for pick up service. Infinity and Mercedes never had a problem. The service manager gave me completely wrong information on how to adjust the trunk panel. If he didn't know the answer, he should have asked the mechanic or sales, not make up a fictional release button. I traded in a Mercedes convertible for an Audi convertible. Audi is a much better car but Mercedes service is truly exceptional, Hoffman Audi has a lot to learn if they want to service luxury cars. Brian still has not refunded the money owed to me for almost a year. I have been very patient, but not anymore. More
