Love the experience of purchasing vehicles there as our family’s previous four vehicles were purchased from Hodges. Service department is a complete opposite experience. Two years ago I called ahead for an oil change and was there for almost 2 hours after I was told, they were unable to provide my free car wash because of too many cars that needed to be cleaned. Several months ago my stepdaughter had the same experience. Last week my son reserved a time to verify a part that was already known about. They still told him it would take over two hours. Then, after two hours, they told him it would take at least another hour just to simply diagnose the issue, which he was then told they were not able to replace the part. More
