I spent 10 minutes in the lot waiting for an attendant to check me in and cars were blocking me (needing to be moved). Finally someone walked by and told me to walk inside and wait. I purchased a car there a few weeks back and getting the title and registration paperwork sorted out has been a royal pain in the butt. There has been a lot of slow communication and finger pointing. But I’m still getting alerts that the dealership is working through a title agency to send me more information possibly more license plate information. I really want the Hodges Mazda to quit screwing with my paperwork. Our deal is over with. I have communicated this information to the dealership until I’m blue in the face and the feedback and the response is incredibly slow More
