I have been coming to this dealership, Hodges Mazda, since I purchased a Mazda in 2014. This service department and my experience with my 2011 CX-9 is why I purchased another Mazda in 2022 when I decide since I purchased a Mazda in 2014. I purchased another CX-9 (2019) and I continue to get my vehicle serviced at Hodges Mazda. They are honest and friendly and keep my Mazda running in top shape. Everything about this dealership is top notch. I am so grateful for their awesome customer service. I love the videos they send when they perform maintenance on my vehicle. Service department was awesome. Had an issue with locking lug nuts and the were able to remove them for me. Also got me in sa.w day for my oil change.
