They didn't really go over inspection of vehicle or explain suggested repairs. Engine light was on when I arrived for appointment. Engine light was still when I left. Riley did an excellent job as did the service tech. Very pleased with the work. I made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived 15 minutes late, but asked if it could still be done without a problem. They said yes and acted like It didn’t matter in the least. I was there for three hours after several hours the service technician that checked me in came to tell me that it looked like my car needed an alignment. Also, I asked would it take long he said no so it took one hour for that. I arrived at 1:30. I left at 4:30. When I scheduled my appointment on the phone, I asked how long it would take because I wanted to know whether I could stay there or if I should get a ride. I was told 45 minutes to an hour at the most. More
