I was scheduled for window tinting and asked if they had time for an oil change, too. They had so many people ahead of me, but they set realistic expectations and said they would get it taken care of. I fel time for an oil change, too. This was the absolute worst experience with a new car. My last 4 cars have been Mazda and I will never buy another Mazda due to this experience.
