I was able to drop off my vehicle early morning hours and drop off the key. That was very convenient. They were busy I knew ahead of time, and I eventually did get a call back regarding the assessment and is drop off the key. That was very convenient. They were busy I knew ahead of time, and I eventually did get a call back regarding the assessment and issue. The technician video send is extraordinarily good! Love that part. The response from the service side of the house with communication left a lot to be desired. I am still waiting to hear back whether they will be delivering my car back as I’m out of town, which was the arrangement. In my opinion, I think the service staff has a lot of turnover, and they are new at the job, the mechanical portion of the repair is outstanding, could do better on the communication from the service side.
