Yes, we came back again less than 4 months from our original purchase. Our 2011 Mazdaspeed3 was totaled by a careless driver who ran a red light and plowed into the driver's side. Luckily, minimal injuries and may I say the car held up very well, considering what happened. I called David and he jumped right on it, as there were NO Mazdaspeeds in the whole city at the time. He found one close and had it for us within a day. Paperwork was minimal, quick, and easy (since we had just bought the other one not that long ago). David is very easy to work with and very patient with my many emails =) My husband got his replacement 'Speed3, and I will be in the market in a few more months. For a while, I've been thinking of getting a different make, but the wonderful atmosphere, great service, and fantastic Service department are making me re-think that. I may end up with a 'Speed3 of my own. Duval Mazda, please keep your staff!!! As before, I highly recommend these guys, and you will NOT find a better Mazda dealership in Jacksonville More

Jeff was a pleasure to work with and talk about cars. He is a good listener and also a conversationalist. He explains the features of the vehicle very clearly and listens for questions or comments. The one thing that was a bit negative was with the sales manager. He stepped in front of me as I was about to leave. He wanted me to sign that night and I told him I needed to go home and think about it over dinner. He said you’re going to walk out over $200. Stepping in front of me is an old style of aggressive behavior that should never be displayed by anyone in your dealership. Perception of the dealership can be won or lost with actions like that. The reason I ended up at this dealership was because of how I was treated by Nissan. So what did you deliver to me or what was my perception of what I got?? Again Jeff was great. This process could not have been smoother. Contacted Duval Mazda on a Tuesday requesting info, was provided with an offer we *really* could not refuse on Wednesday morning on a 2011 Mazdaspeed3, went in Duval Mazda on a Tuesday requesting info, was provided with an offer we *really* could not refuse on Wednesday morning on a 2011 Mazdaspeed3, went in Wednesday evening to test drive, and decided to purchase. Darwin contacted us initially, set us up with Dave, and Dave took care of the test drive and all our paperwork. We were in the door, and back out with our new car about 2 hours total. Everyone was friendly, no pressure (even the F&I guy), and seemed genuinely happy to have us as customers. I mentioned Kevin, because he takes care of me every time I bring my Mazda6 in for service. I could not ask for a better service adviser and am confident when we need to bring in the MS3, it will be well-taken-care-of. I am looking forward to the day when I can replace my 6 and will definitely go to Duval Mazda as my first choice to do so. Thank you to all who made this an HONESTLY great and enjoyable process. More

I experienced many problems with this dealership under the old management and had completely sworn off Duval Mazda for good. Since the new management team has taken over there has been a 110% improvement the old management and had completely sworn off Duval Mazda for good. Since the new management team has taken over there has been a 110% improvement in customer service and overall experience. I visited the dealership that day for an oil change and left with a brand new car. Claussen, Ranae Bratcher, and David Baker treated me like I was the most important customer and did everything they could to make up for every bad experience I had in the past. They were very honest and thorough and I am very pleased with how everything was handled. I highly recommend doing business with them! More
