The experience my wife and I had at Duval Mazda was unlike any other car dealership we had ever been to. I was able to communicate with James through email and pin down the exact vehicle that we wanted unlike any other car dealership we had ever been to. One of the discounts, we actually didn't qualify for, but since he told us we would be getting it, he went ahead and honored it anyway. He also covered the installation fee of some of the accessories we wanted. When we arrived at the dealership to buy the car, Will made the process as smooth and painless as possible. It was really nice to feel like we weren't working with "salesmen", but more like a few friends. Everyone at Duval Mazda seems to have the customer's best interest at heart. Unbelievably Mr. Will Law was able to comply with everything i asked and had me in my new car 3 and a half hours after stepping in the door, he was very imformative and helpful and i enjoyed working with him .
