I had a great experience buying a car at Duval Mazda. I had a salesman named Eli working with me, and he was able to help me with everything I wanted to know. I did my research and thought I knew everything about the car in question (2013 Mazdaspeed3), but he walked circles around me with the amount of knowledge he had for this car. This place has a level of professionalism that I've never seen before at a car dealership, and you can tell that these people love what they do and won't pull any punches, they just sell you a great car at a great price. The wife was sold on the SUV so we tried Duval Mazda. Their sales slogan is real, if you are tired of the "dog and pony circus show" that so many dealerships employ, give Charlie Suh a try. He is a breath of fresh air in a business full of wind bag salesman tring to push you in a direction that benifits them. Charlie told me what he could do, did it exactly as he said he would and delivered a grand slam with no hassel, no haggle, no pressure. If you are ready to move on from old school sales methods I recommend visiting Charlie Suh and enjoy spending your time and hard earned money with an organization that is breaking new ground in new car sales. We were in the market for a used car for our son. We drove a Mazda in the past from a car rental and thought the Mazda 3 would be a great fit for him. The last time we were car shopping was 9 years ago (2004) and over the course of my life, buying a car was not a pleasant experience. So we set out on a Saturday to go "looking" at cars and the first stop we made was Duval Mazda at the Avenues. We walked the lot for only a few minutes before we were greeted by Charlie. We told him what we were looking for and out concerns (new vs used) and so he first showed us a few new cars that met our needs. After a few minutes he asked what price we wanted to stay in and it happened that this dealer offers certified pre owned vehicles. One in particular was the perfect car as far as price and model. So we decided to talk more about their CPO cars and in particular the one he showed us. As it happened there was another family there already looking at the same car for their son so it was not available. Now keep in mind, we were only there to "look" and not buy that day. But after meeting Charlie and then Will and talking about their sales process we were ready to buy. We viewed and drove two other CPO cars and then settled on one to purchase. The whole process was essentially simple and the best experience myself and my wife had ever had purchasing a car. In fact, that night when we got home I asked my wife, when was the last time you bought a car and left the dealer liking the person who sold you the car? As a matter of fact, that day we decided to buy a new car (Mazda CX5) for my wife. Three days later we were back, at 6pm on a night after work, and we were out and on our way home in our new CX5 by 9pm. During the entire process Charlie, Will and Daniel gave us their total attention and Will even did part of the sales process and financing. It was truly first class service that I would recommend to anyone. More
Was buying a second hand car here and experience truly terrible service - they had a car I told them I was interested in and wanted to put a deposit on (I was coming from Ottawa) - the guy said don't worr terrible service - they had a car I told them I was interested in and wanted to put a deposit on (I was coming from Ottawa) - the guy said don't worry just come over. By the time I got there the car had sold and another guy told me I should have put a deposit down. What made it worse was that I gave them my information in case the deal didn't go through because of financing and two days later I see the car re-posted and no one had called. When I called I had to leave a message (hoping to hear back) and then a day later the car sold to someone else (no one had called me back and I only found this out when I called). I'm sure the place might be pretty good for new cars but for used cars they are terrible. Makes me think some of the reviews are by the dealer. Do you really want to buy a car from a place that doesn't even return your calls when you WANT to buy a car??? Food for thought :) More

Explained to him we had a specific amount of cash to spend on a new car, and could he p experience at another dealership, and met Will Law outside. A few moments later he had located a car for me. Wonderful experience. More
Todd and the rest of the staff at Duval Mazda were helpful and answered all my questions. They showed me some used cars that were a special value and pointed out one really good value. He always kept my goals in mind with what I was wanting and they were achieved! I am so happy with the quality of service and product that Will Law and the Duval Mazda at the Avenues team provided me from the first time I drove onto the lot with my 2001 Honda Civic to the time I drove off the lot with my brand new 2013 Mazda3 Hatchback! I went to this Mazda to look at new crossover vehicles and was greeted by Shepard Raines. I test drove the CX-9 Grand Touring. I have been driving Cadillac's since 1998 and wasn't sure I wanted a crossove and was greeted by Shepard Raines. I test drove the CX-9 Grand Touring. I have been driving Cadillac's since 1998 and wasn't sure I wanted a crossover or not. After test driving crossovers from several dealerships, calling Shepard several times with questions, I went back to this Mazda dealership and purchased my CX-9 Grand Touring. The next day I realized this vehicle had something I didn't like and I took it back to Mazda and spoke with Shepard. and his sales manager James. No questions asked, they found another vehicle with what I wanted on it, in Fort Walton Beach. Shepard and James, suggested I drive the original one I purchased until the newer one arrived. When the newer one arrived, they shredded the original paper work and we did the new paperwork. All went very well, they were courteous and very professional. Shepard and James insist on making your visit a pleasant and memorable experience. I believe I will be a long time family member of this Mazda dealership like I was Cadillac, for many years to come. Thank you Shepard and James. More
