I had very pleasant experience purchasing my Mazda CR5 and the price was better than I expected. Tiffany Jurgensen was very helpful and pleasant. They located one near by and had it delivered for me within 2 days. I did my homework on Edmunds.com prior to going to the dealership, so I knew what the Mazda CR5 was being sold for in the area. Duval Mazda at the Avenues gave me a price that was lower than I expected, therefore eliminating the need for haggling over price. They also threw in the window tinting for free because I had to wait 2 days for the car to be delivered. More

This was the first dealership I visited since making up my mind about buying a new car. And guess what, I drove out in my new car the very next day! Given, that part of is due to the sheer elegance and per my mind about buying a new car. And guess what, I drove out in my new car the very next day! Given, that part of is due to the sheer elegance and performance of the car itself ( 2014 Mazda3i Sport Black), but the whole dealership experience left little doubt about going for it. From the get-go Bryen was very helpful in making sure that I knew what I was looking for, and then hunting down the particular color I was looking for. And then the test drive was all I needed to make up my mind about the car. Then the following day, the initial papre work was already in place before I even got there. James and Will helped securing the best deals and breezing through the remaining paperwork. and 2 hours later I was driving my new awesome ride. Thanks a lot guyz! I have known Torben since I bought my MazdaSpeed3 new in 2008. He was a service tech at that time and helped me up-grade my car with all MazdaSpeed racing equipment-cold air intake, coil-over suspension an 2008. He has been servicing my car since day #1. I now have 92, 000 miles on my car and enjoy driving it just as much as the day I bought it. The car and service has been hassle free.. I was glad to see him promoted to service manager a few years ago. He has great knowledge of the cars and enjoys working with people. This is our first experience with Mazda and I have to say we were extremely impressed. Our sales associate, Jon Boswell, was very knowledgable and detailed about the 2 mazdas we were looking at. The 2014 mazda 3 we wanted was just about impossible to find, but Chuck and James located one as soon as it hit the Orlando parking lot. Now it will be mine in a few days. AMAZING!!! I was comparing two offers, one from Classic Mazda in Orlando, and one from Duval Mazda in Jacksonville. I can only assume that Duval Mazda was upset when I choose to purchase from Classic, because they have kept the 500 dollars that I gave them to hold the car. They had held the car for me for only two days when I decided to go with Classic, but I still have not had my money returned, and it has been over two weeks of asking for my "fully refundable" hold on the car. Bryne Duren was my salesman and was very cooperative, until I choose Classic. I find it hard to believe that a reputable dealer would do this. More
