A personable and enjoyable place Duval Mazda was my first stop exactly one month ago when I began my mission to test drive all the subcompact cars in my price range. Being from Gainesville, I didn't expect that I'd be making the trip back to Jacksonville to make my purchase. After visiting with Hyundai, Kia, Nissan and even the Gainesville Mazda dealership; I decided Bryne Duren's helpful, friendly, funny and honest dealings blew every other salesperson out of the water and he was worth the drive back to Jacksonville. I put him through a lot. He priced cars, searched colors and found deals across the state until I finally decided to just buy a car he had on the lot. Perhaps, I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere, but Bryne earned my business with his patience, positivity and good humor. Plus, he just got married recently and probably needs all the money he can get. Bryne even put me in touch with an insurance man that beat an on-line price. The only non-perfect aspect of my experience was the long wait when I went to pick up the vehicle. If not for that, the customer service would have rated a five. I don't blame that on Bryne, though, I blame that on Will Law and his infatuation with Charlie Suh. That's a joke, see . . . I don't really think Will Law is obsessed with Charlie Suh, it's just that he sees Charlie Suh in everyone he meets. That's just his form of optimism; we should all be a little more Charlie Suh. Anyhoo, after a week of driving my tiny new Mazda 2, I am perfectly thrilled with it. Fun to drive, simple, and fuel efficient. More

Incrediable experience with Bryne I have to say car shopping is my least favorite task in life. Today I have a totally different view. I would say that the customer care that I have received was top of the line and seeing how I have alot of experience in that area you really do have to be rather impressive. I am very happy with the deal that I received and was amazed that I am now an owner Mazda 3 i. I have already recommended Bryne to two people and will continue to. I did not feel that nagging pressure that you feel when you walk on to the car lot. There was not a "sit right here while I go talk to the manager" game that you have to play to get the deal that you want. I feel that Bryne was straight forward and very respectful of my time and the need for an automobile that would suit my needs. Thank you Bryne and Duval Mazda for the wonderful experience More

Bought the same exact car at Tom Bush, they gave me $1000 cash for my lease turn in, plus incentives, plus discounted the car $2k.. Leased for more than $150 less a month! So, if you want to be treated rudely, like your business is of no value and neither is your time - Duval Mazda has a car for you. If your like most car buyers do yourself a favor and call Tom Bush Mazda. They are transparent in their dealings and will honestly do the best they can to make a deal, while treating you with respect. More

I had very pleasant experience purchasing my Mazda CR5 and the price was better than I expected. Tiffany Jurgensen was very helpful and pleasant. I wanted a Red Mazda CR5 with a sunroof and black interior and the price was better than I expected. Tiffany Jurgensen was very helpful and pleasant. I wanted a Red Mazda CR5 with a sunroof and black interior. They had two on the lot, one with tan interior and one with black. However, the one with the black interior was already sold. They located one near by and had it delivered for me within 2 days. I did my homework on Edmunds.com prior to going to the dealership, so I knew what the Mazda CR5 was being sold for in the area. Duval Mazda at the Avenues gave me a price that was lower than I expected, therefore eliminating the need for haggling over price. They also threw in the window tinting for free because I had to wait 2 days for the car to be delivered. More

This was the first dealership I visited since making up my mind about buying a new car. And guess what, I drove out in my new car the very next day! Given, that part of is due to the sheer elegance and per my mind about buying a new car. And guess what, I drove out in my new car the very next day! Given, that part of is due to the sheer elegance and performance of the car itself ( 2014 Mazda3i Sport Black), but the whole dealership experience left little doubt about going for it. From the get-go Bryen was very helpful in making sure that I knew what I was looking for, and then hunting down the particular color I was looking for. And then the test drive was all I needed to make up my mind about the car. Then the following day, the initial papre work was already in place before I even got there. James and Will helped securing the best deals and breezing through the remaining paperwork. and 2 hours later I was driving my new awesome ride. Thanks a lot guyz!
