They made it so easy!!! I had never bought a car off the internet before but I found the perfect one for me in Jacksonville and I live in Dallas. I called to inquire about t I had never bought a car off the internet before but I found the perfect one for me in Jacksonville and I live in Dallas. I called to inquire about the car and got the nicest guy FROM TX on the other end of the phone (Austin Skinner). He tracked down the car I was calling about (it had been moved to another dealership) and called me back the same day with the good news that it was still for sale. Austin then turned me over to Bryne Duren in finance to begin the purchase. I was lucky enough to have a friend in Jacksonville to go test drive the car for me as buying one sight unseen is scarey! Bryne met with my friend to assure him everything was okay with the car. I agreed to purchase it for even less than I had thought it was as it was listed $1,000 below the price on the internet :-). Bryne sent me the paperwork via FedEx along with an envelope to send it back = painless process. I was lucky enough to have a friend vacationing in FL who flew to Jacksonville from Tampa to drive the car to Dallas for me and Bryne picked him up from the airport. I just can't say enough about this dealership and the two guys I dealt with... my experience was pleasant and perfect in every way and I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. I then called Duval Mazda and over the phone with out knowing what Tom bush offered they beat them b I haggled with Tom Bush on a car for a few hours. The haggling with Tom Bush Mazda did allow me to see that they gave me a good price right away. On the way to Duval Mazda I was offered $30 lower from Tom Bush but at that point I was already on the way to Duval and wasn't turning around for $30. More

Car Purchase I purchased my first new car this past Saturday at Duval Mazda and even though the overall process was quite long, Scott made it very enjoyable. Scott I purchased my first new car this past Saturday at Duval Mazda and even though the overall process was quite long, Scott made it very enjoyable. Scott was knowledgeable, friendly and very approachable. Scott was able to keep my husband, daughter and I engaged the entire process. He is definitely a great addition to your sales team. I rated the price 3 because of the financing plan NOT because of anything Scott did. I wanted the 0.0% same as cash plan, but I was given 2.9% plan with the explanation that money was taken off the up front price. However, with this interest rate and if I pay to full term I will still lose out on the initial discount. This just seems a little tricky. I would of preferred a better break down of the financing and given more choices, but it was the end of the day and we were all tired. More
