Installed Navigation I purchased a 2015 Mazda 6 and had them install navigation. I showed up at the time of my scheduled appointment. I had to wait 10 minutes or so for I purchased a 2015 Mazda 6 and had them install navigation. I showed up at the time of my scheduled appointment. I had to wait 10 minutes or so for someone to help me but they were friendly and attentive. They had my navigation installed in 30 minutes and I was on the road. I was very pleased at how efficient they were and the quality of work was great. More

MAZDA3 I took a test drive in November and liked the salesperson that was assigned to me. I returned two weeks later after meeting with Morrell Automotive an I took a test drive in November and liked the salesperson that was assigned to me. I returned two weeks later after meeting with Morrell Automotive and they put me through to Zach. He was very helpful but the process from the time we decided on the car, we had received our finance check from my credit union the day before, to the finance department then the wait while they said the car was being detailed was over 4 hours. This seems to be too long. There has not been much communication from dealership since the purchase November 29th. More

OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIP This dealership should have a 10 STAR rating! The engine of my Mazda CX5 was attacked by an unknown "critter". What ever it was LITERALLY did massive This dealership should have a 10 STAR rating! The engine of my Mazda CX5 was attacked by an unknown "critter". What ever it was LITERALLY did massive damage. This dealership has to replace the main wiring harness plus other goodies on my SUV. Meaning they pretty much had to disassemble my engine. They handled the entire situation with such thoughtful consideration, attention to detail, working with my insurance company, keeping me updated on how it was going. I can't recommend them highly enough. You can buy a car anywhere BUT EXCELLENT SERVICE keeps you going! THANKS GUYS! You're the BEST. More
