The Service that I have been accustomed to at this dealer has significantly declined. Upon arrival, we were poorly greeted and did not receive any check in discussion. It took close to two hours for an oi has significantly declined. Upon arrival, we were poorly greeted and did not receive any check in discussion. It took close to two hours for an oil change. The normal vacuuming and cleaning of our vehicle did not occur nor was a sticker with the new oil change mileage placed on our front window leaving us questioning whether the oil change even occurred. While waiting in the dealer seating area, we did not receive any communication when the vehicle was ready and discovered them by observing our vehicles parked out front. This prompted us to inquire. This experience was not to the level we have had in the past. More
