Was very pleased with my car buying experience. It was not the traditional high pressure approach. My sales person, Mia, was exceptional to work with and works with you as a person and not just ano It was not the traditional high pressure approach. Your sales manager and financial manager were also very nice to work with. I don’t know how they do it, but the staff is always fabulous. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable and just a joy to be around. I drive about an hour and my friends wonder why -- and it’s worth it. Very poor customer service and management doesn’t care about customer’s service needs. The management doesnt meet customers even if they ask them to hear their complaints , only service advisors interact about customer’s service needs.
