I've been trying to buy a truck you have in stock since Thanksgiving day. I wanted the Black Friday Deal, but took 2 days to even get any kind of response from this dealership. I emailed multiple times, an Thanksgiving day. I wanted the Black Friday Deal, but took 2 days to even get any kind of response from this dealership. I emailed multiple times, and had a few different chats over the past few days. Today being the last day of the deal, I finally got someone. I'm 2 hrs away, so wanted everything in place before I drove down and even test drove the truck. Took a bit to even get a call back after I submitted the finance portion online. My interest rate would be very high, and I can't get the full rebate offered on their site. It's only an additional $500 and I would have just refinanced. I did also asked them if I could get the steps removed, and drop the price a bit, since I need the clearance and didn't like the steps on the truck. The response was that it would actually cost more to remove. I would have been fine, with just a simple "no", rather than telling me it would cost more. The lack of salesmanship is astounding. If I hadn't had all the other issues, I would have purchased regardless. Essentially, I've tried to force your dealership to sell me a truck, rather than Hoblit Dodge ACTUALLY do the selling. I've purchased 2 other vehicles this year alone and went well. Those dealerships actually wanted to sell a vehicle to me. Now I'm without a new truck, halfway through the day where the Black Friday deals end.......2 hrs to get there, and am just done with trying to buy now. "No Hassle, No Pressure" is not the right slogan for Hoblit Dodge. Huge Hassle, and no return contact is what I've seen. After reading other reviews, I'm not surprised. Looks like they refuse to negotiate, take it or leave it attitude, and the Manager just doesn't care. Curious if the owner cares that his dealership is losing money because of poor customer service. Monday - Drove 75 miles to Hoblit to test drive a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. Called back the following day (Tuesday) to negotiate a deal. Wednesday morning- accepted the offers price and arranged to pick up the car the next day @ 11 am - cash sale / simply write a check. Later that day (4pm) the sales guy texted me that the car was sold. Good that I don’t live near Hoblit because I would make it my mission to make sure everyone I knew heard this story. - I did reach out to my company supply chain folks but my we do not do any business in that area either. Hoblit needs to get a system in place to prevent this kind of mistake from happening I am extremely dissatisfied More

It was a miserable dealer experience for me. I was excited, when I went to the Hoblit Dodge web site, and saw they are "The No Hassle, No Pressure...Ever Dealership" and the business philosophy is and always has been providing "Honesty and Integrity in the Car Business." Unfortunately, I didn't experience any of that. If they would have had ANY product knowledge about the vehicle they were selling me, and would have done what they said they would do, and did a proper pre-delivery check, and cleaned the vehicle this would have been an OK experience. My expectations were not unrealistic. It was my experience, once I signed the papers, they didn't do anything but push me out the door and off the lot. I purchased a $50,000+ vehicle and they didn't even properly clean the vehicle for me and I would have been happy with a typical car wash cleaning. There was a minor door adjustment I requested, they said they would do it and they had three full days to make the adjustment and didn't. I had a trade-in and the salesman said "we will take it off your hands for the amount owed on the loan." Since I wouldn't get any money to help with my purchase of a new vehicle I decided to not trade it in and sell it myself. The loan was about $16,250, I sold the vehicle myself in three weeks for $24,000. Don't trade in vehicles at this dealership. I will never deal with this dealership again. More
"mistake" or intentional fraud?? It is worth noting that I have documentation to substantiate the information provided on this review. July 2015 I purchased a Ram 2500 and added a 5 year all coverage extended warranty for an additional $1,999. Needless to say at at the time of purchase the employees at this dealership acted friendly, attentive and professional. At the end of the last year I noticed the performance on my truck was changing and decided to take it in to dealership to have it inspected. What a disappointing and stressful reality when I was informed The Hoblit dealership never processed my extended warranty, yet they had taken my money upfront. Since becoming aware of this scam, I have been making every effort to have the dealer resolve it. I have made endless calls and now have been exchanging emails but with delayed and minimal results. Initially, it was dismissive tones from receptionist, being hanged up on, and redirected to random voicemails. This in addition to “they are not here, they are busy with other customers, I don’t know when they will be in”. Many attempts were made to contact Chad H with hopes that there would be some professional integrity to make this right. Now, four months later, I am in contact with Scott L. I have submitted the cancellation request and agreed to have my money credited to my loan. I asked for it to be done in a timely manner and as of yesterday this continues to be a game of evasiveness on their part. Mistake or fraudulent activity??? If it was a true mistake you would think that professionalism would lead the management staff to be apologetic for their negligence and try to reduce the amount of stress and work on my part. They would have not tried to avoid taking responsibility for it and tried to get out of addressing this matter. I wonder how many people purchase extended warranty contracts, pay upfront and this dealer never processed it?? New customers be very vigilant and don’t let their initial approach fool you because once they have your business their professionalism and integrity disappears. A very unfortunate and horrible experience. Definitely would never send anyone their way. More

I was go I have bought from alot of dealer ships but I have never been done like this before. I found the vehicle on line called and got approved. I was going to go get it the next day and even sent my drivers license and insurance info. I was notified it hadn't passed smog and had to wait until Monday. I waited for a call I never got and so I called. When I contacted the salesman I was notified that upper management had someone else interested that they had ties with and sold it out from under me! This experience is the exact opposite of what they say they stand for. I will share this experience about this dealer ship especially due to the fact my wife just had an Organ Transplant and we are trying to get back to normal life. More
worst experience After emailing back and forth for a month with salesperson Alexis Contreras, and being told they would not go lower than the posted price of 49,985 fo After emailing back and forth for a month with salesperson Alexis Contreras, and being told they would not go lower than the posted price of 49,985 for a Ram 2500, I agreed to the price. I confirmed by email that there were no hidden fees or any tricks to the 49,985 price and I was assured that they were straight up, no hassle, no hidden fees. I took time off of work, had a friend pick me up and drive me 2.5 hours to the dealership only to be told that they wouldn’t honor that price! It 50,985 and too bad for you, it doesn’t matter what you were told. I’ve bought one other truck there several years ago and had a great experience. Apparently those days are long gone. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere. Sylviane Owens More

The car jumps/lunges into low gear when coming to a stop and there is a tapping noise coming from the engine. The claim that the transmission issue is normal, also the lifters were supposedly replaced...but the same noise is continuous. Dropping off again to have Hoblit. More
Unprofessional liars My mother in law went in and bought a 2017 certified used vehicle from Hoblit a few weeks back for around $60k. She was proud when she brought it hom My mother in law went in and bought a 2017 certified used vehicle from Hoblit a few weeks back for around $60k. She was proud when she brought it home but after about 30 seconds of inspection we found some things wrong. First was a major safety issue with the tires. There is a tear that goes down to the steel around 2/3 of the tire and some of the treads you can pull up and an 1" of the steel while 2 other tires have major tread wear around the sidewalls. How do you take advantage of people by putting ties that should have been thrown away on a $61k Truck? Then salesman Naveed says and advertises that there the truck comes with a gooseneck/ 5th wheel. Guess what? No ball came with it (It's a really expensive ball) and Hoblut says too bad you bought as is. When you tell a customer that a truck comes with an item, one would expect the item to be there. Then no Spare keys. Haven't received them after a week. Mother in law calls in and Naveed says he mailed them. After another week he never mailed them, someone else says they will mail them which means Naveed lied again. Hoblit says they will credit 1 tire but you can't buy just 1 tire. You have to buy a whole new set when you have 4 crappy tires. This place is a joke. Most unprofessional place if ever seen. Will not answer phone calls. Will not call back. Will not escalate a call to the GM or Owner. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! More
