I had a flat tire while on business the evening of 3 April 2013. The morning of 4 April I dropped the tire off at the Ford dealership to have it repaired while I continued on my job. I returned around April 2013. The morning of 4 April I dropped the tire off at the Ford dealership to have it repaired while I continued on my job. I returned around noon to pick up the tire. It was repaired and the service writer had one of the technicians install it and reinstall the spare tire in the proper place. When I inquired about the cost I was told there was no charge. This was totally unexpected, especially for someone from out of town who will be unlikely to ever do business with the dealership again. Based on this experience I would recommend them to anyone in the area. They epitomized customer service when they could have easily taken advantage of the customer. More
These three guys took my car right in , no appt. The other Alford motors didn't even give me the time of day! This is the best place to come to for service or to buy! He was upfront with the cost of what it might be. They was done with my car by the time the kids was out of school so that was great for me. My husband bought a truck the same day and they stayed after dark and into the evening hours getting us into a truck. The friendliness of all the employees, would be hard to find anywhere else. Rick Turner was our salesman and he is the guy to go to! We will surely come back to this place for all our future vehicle needs! More
I did not know they closed early and I showed up 10 minutes before closing. Brent is always very courteous and was very gracious about it because he knew my ToyotaCare was expiring and that was the las minutes before closing. I felt bad for keeping the guys working, but they were nice about it also and performed the service with speed and professionalism. I appreciate their work, and wish it was this easy every time I had my car serviced before moving here! I rated quality of work with a 4 because I don't know enough to give a 5. Also, I had a leak after the service, watery, somewhere under backseat of my vehicle. It might have stopped. I assume my husband checked it. It may be unrelated. More
Recently traded my 4 runner in for a new Highlander. Ms. Koonce provided great service. Rick Turner and DJ Gonzalas were very very nice people to deal with and highly recommend anyone to have them as your sale person. The finance mang Scott Griffin explained everything that we needed to know I have never had a finance person as nice and as good to us as he was. I will be buying more vehicles from them in the future. More
Originally I was just looking at vehicles online just to see what my options were. Soon after 'window shopping' around online, I submitted my number to the dealership. Machelle was the one who'd responded right away and followed up with a phone call. After telling her in detail what I wanted in a vehicle and around my price range, she worked diligently to meet my special requirements for a vehicle. She first presented me with a vehicle that fit my requirements, but it just wasn't what I wanted. A couple of weeks later I'm back at the dealership. I found a a vehicle that I've been wanting for years. The first thing Machelle had asked was if it was standard or not (one of my special requests). That just reminded me how much she cares about her customers satisfaction. While waiting for the key to drive the vehicle the GM approaches me and asks if I like what I see, of course I did, it's a Jeep. He then began to explain how trustworthy the vehicle was and that Machelle would take great care of me. She did. There were so little minor issues, but Machelle and the GM worked it out to how I got my Jeep the best way that I could. Machelle not only demonstrated loyalty to me as her customer, but she also fulfilled my wants and needs in a car. She did not pressure me into anything and she did not show me anything that she thought I wouldn't like. Machelle also talked me through each process with explanations answering all of my annoying questions. Machelle was definitely one of the most attentive sales representative I've ever come across. I have dealt with Hixson of Leesville for over 13 years and have never had a bad experience. Woody Mallett service rep for Toyota has assisted me in a very professional manner. I have a 2012 Tundra, 2012 Corolla, 2011 sienna and a 1995 Mustang and every time I need service whether warranty or not, the service was always excellent. I have recommended both the sales and service to everyone that I know. I have three sons and they have all purchased Toyota's. More
