Michell Koonce was an awesome car sales-person. She made sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied with my purchase before anything was finalized. She also called or emailed me periodically to check sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied with my purchase before anything was finalized. Additionally, I am currently in Afghanistan and I contacted her to let her know that I may be interested in purchasing a larger vehicle once I return, and she showed the same professional courtesy as she did when I met her in person. Overall, I had a great dealership experience, and I will defianately recommend her service and the dealership to friends, family and co-workers! I do however have one suggestion for the dealership... When I bought my vehicle, I was given the option to get one deluxe cleaning (Wash & Vacccum) and a full tank of gas within 30 days. After 30 days elapses and a customer does not use those options, it becomes null and void. I think this should be extended to 90 days. In my situation, I bought the vehicle and then I went on vacation for almost a month. So I did not have a chance to come by and get the complimentary services. Although this was not a big deal to me, other potential customers may not like this. This is just a suggestion, and has no negative effect on the review that I submitted... The service that I recieved in Leesville was great. I there because of some car issues but while there, I took A look on the lot. While walking the lot for about 5 mins. My car couldn't fixed that day so they cave me a rental to come back to Alexandria. The next day I realized that I really needed a new car. I called the number on the card and he was at home. He told me that he will call me in a hour. I was about 30mins later and he called me back to start my paper work. Mr. Miguel called every 30 mins to let me know the status of what was going on with the application. I thought that was very nice of him. Our experience with Hixson's was great. Rick and the staff did a great job making this worth the drive. We drove from Jackson,MS to Leesville to purchase the truck I wanted. This buying experience start staff did a great job making this worth the drive. We drove from Jackson,MS to Leesville to purchase the truck I wanted. This buying experience started in MS with another dealer who will get there own rating at Ford.com. If it had not been for the guys at Hixson's I would still be looking for my new truck. The only thing that could have been better is if they could have gotten our paperwork completed just a little faster. The five hour drive back would have been better completed in the daylight since it took a total of 15 hours to complete the round trip.
