Michele Koonce and Srie Kay were my sales Representative from Hixson and they were both AMAZING! I got the car I wanted for the price that I could afford. If I ever decide to buy another car, I will be definitely going back to Hixson and asking for Srie or Michelle. Machelle Koonce was absolutely great! I had found a 2010 Ford Mustang GT that I fell in love with right away and went to see Machelle about buying it! At first, the financing didn't look too great and was very disheartening. Machelle tried with several lenders that were associated with the dealership. When those failed, she told me try one other place. That route failed as well. Just when I was about to give up on getting the car, Machelle told me she had one more option to try and she would let me know. Sure enough, she called me around 4:00 PM and told me to get my proof of insurance and co-signer and to come down to the dealership to work out the paperwork. Before we even started any paperwork, I had told Machelle a price that had to be met in order for me to buy the car. I'm not sure what magic she worked, but the monthly payment was right on the money!!! Machelle is a GREAT salesperson and I would 100% recommend her and the dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!!!! More

My salesperson, Michelle, was awesome! As soon as we got there to look for a vehicle, she came out to greet us and we hit it off from there. She was very professional and we ended up having a lot in common there to look for a vehicle, she came out to greet us and we hit it off from there. We looked at several other dealerships and was not impressed at all, but when we walked in to Hixson and met Michelle, we just knew that was the place for us. It's nice to go to a place of business and actually speak to a "human", one that understands and has experience. I would definitely recommend our salesperson to anyone that I know that is seeking to purchase a vehicle, whether it be new or used. When signing the paperwork, it can be long and depressing, but wasn't this time. Enjoyed everything about our experience at Hixson. Once again.....I would recommend Hixson to anyone looking and would most definitely tell them to look up Michelle!! More
