Excellent service and friendly staff. Mr. Hirning was who I dealt with directly and was very fair, and honest. His salesman Jeremy was helpful and knowledgeable about my new purchase. After 1000 miles on a new truck the starter went bad on a Saturday morning. The service staff came to my home within 10 minutes of a phone call, got into a new truck to drive while mine was being fixed. The service staff went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my needs, and I highly recommend this dealership for their service, excellent value and very friendly staff. The store was exceptionally clean and I am a continued loyal customer after years of purchasing vehicles from Hirning GMC. More

I'd only recommend this place to very experienced car-buyers Before i begin, the car I purchased is fantastic and well taken care of. The quality is not in question, but the service itself. They royally screwed me over in several ways, intentionally or not. Not only did they send in the paperwork incorrectly to the bank so the loan never went into my account, causing me to almost miss my first payment, but they swindled more money out of me without fully consulting me what all the total costs would be. Both men that i spoke with seemed like class-act guys. The main guy i dealt with initially was fantastic and he really did help me out so much. His name was Jason and he did a fantastic job taking care of me and helping leave there with absolutely no complaints about the car itself. However, as soon as I went to his higher up to get everything situated is when all the problems began to arise. My bank had to explain to me the several things they had done wrong and we had to go get them resolved. Granted, I hadn't been too experienced working with a dealership on my own at that point, but they were not straight with me and made several unprofessional mistakes that made the whole process much more of a hassle. I understand that business is business and a salesman will be a salesmen, but that is no excuse for lack of communication or to be sneaky. That is bad customer service. All this being said, I feel that i got the car for a great price! It hadn't been detailed yet when I first drove it and they went above and beyond in getting that car as perfect as they could for me to drive it off the lot. However, all the extra fees they added on to increase the price without giving me all the information was unacceptable. Regardless of whether they were simply rookie mistakes or salesman manipulation, I won't name the one I had the troubles with. Jason Murray, on the other hand, was one of the BEST salesman I've ever dealt with, in an out of the car industry. He, at least, deserves to be recognized for doing an outstanding job! Ask for him if you go and he will take great care of you. More
