I just wanted to express our appreciation to Janet Kramb at Hines Park Ford in New Hudson, Michigan. Janet provided us with a stress-free environment as we purchased our new 2010 Ford Escape. Janet was professional, knowledgeable and very "easy going". From our prior experiences at this dealership, we know that the Hines Park service department is excellent and will address any issues that may arise with our new vehicle. I have taken my vehicle for service at Hines Park for several years, and the customer service has always been great. Recently, when it came time to replace my car, they were the obvious choice. The salesman worked with me (patiently!) as I pondered a used vehicle, then decided to purchase new. Unlike other salespeople I have worked with, Allen was completely no-pressure. I was not inundated with phone calls or emails; he made sure I knew he was there for my needs and to answer my questions, but left me in peace to make my decision. Once I had made my choice, he worked hard to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was unfailingly polite and eager to assist me while there. More
