Al was extremely helpful in locating a 2013 Ford Explorer for me. Both Mr. Hawk and the technical support person took the time to show me and my wife how to use all the features included on the vehical and then focused specifically on the 'Ford My Touch' system. I had been searching for the perfect used car to trade my 2010 VW beetle in for a lower payment. I started the search about 6 months ago. It was nothing but bad news and bad service at every dealership i wen 2010 VW beetle in for a lower payment. I started the search about 6 months ago. It was nothing but bad news and bad service at every dealership i went to. It was very discouraging and upsetting. At one dealership i was told the only way i can get out of my beetle and lower my payment was to get a new car. I knew that was not true at all. So back online i went to look at other dealerships. I was online and seen a 2008 Jeep Liberty Sport for a decent price at Hines Park Ford. I inquired about it and was called the next day. When i came in I had the pleasure of working with Mike Tesauro. He was very helpful, understanding and very patient. He worked very hard to help me get the Jeep. When i came to pick it up, i was a little reluctant to give up my beetle. He saw i was upset and was very kind about it. He let me look over the Jeep one last time before i made my final decision. He did not pressure me into taking the Jeep or keeping my current car. Mike answered every question i had without hesitation or needing to go ask someone else. I will definitely be recommending Mike and Hines Park Ford to all of my family and friends. I bought my vehicle 2 years ago from Allen Oxley and Allen's service after the sale is outstanding. He is always willing to accomodate me if I should need anything from the dealership. My wife saw a vehicle of interest on Car.com and called the dealership. She was connected to Allen and she thought that he was freindly and knowledgeable. Later that evening I visited the dealership to m the dealership. She was connected to Allen and she thought that he was freindly and knowledgeable. Later that evening I visited the dealership to meet with Allen. He went out of his way to make sure he answered all of my questions and make the experience as good as possible. I actually stayed beyond closing time (2 test drives), but Allen did not mind. He was great to work with beginning to end. More

I don't know why this dealership is rated so highly, are they bribing people for reviews? The service department doesn't answer the phone. I have been standing there while several employees ignore a ringing phone. Great customer service there... I guess they think it's OK to waste customers' time. To be fair, many Ford dealers seem to be this way. My biggest complaint, though, is that I don't believe the warranty repairs they did on my car were done correctly. The initial problem, a clunk noise from the front suspension, still hasn't been fixed and the car has new noises and a nasty vibration after they worked on it. Of course, they said they couldn't reproduce my complaints and that there is no possible way they did anything wrong. But the vibrations I experience in my car on a daily basis tell me otherwise. Not recommended. Do not have your car serviced here. More
