I located the vehicle I was initially interested in on autotrader.com and did then went to the dealer's web site. I called the dealership and was connected with Mike Tesaro. He provided me with further information and the Autocheck was sent to me. I called back and made an appointment. I arrived about 40-minutes early and Mike approached me and informed me he would assist me as soon as he was finished with aniother customer. This gave me time to look at the vehicle and to look at another new vehicle I also saw on the dealer website. Mike came out and we briefly discussed both vehicles and he offered to take a test drive for both vehicles. The original truck I was interested in had been brought up close to the dealership for my convenience. The test drive was very informative and I liked the '11 over the '09. We went back ito the dealership and I decided to purchase the vehicle. Mike did not pressure me at all and was extremely friendly and professional. He explained extended warranty info and the tire protection plan - both purchased my me. I asked him what day would be good to come back and pick it up. He said I could drive it home that night! He worked through all the paperwork in detail and thoroughly. Afterward Mike called/e-mailed to see if everything was good and if anything else was needed. I was extremely impressed with the dealership, Mike Tesauro and how I was treated and accomodated. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone and would go back again for myself. Used the internet to find the Ford Flex we purchased. Allen Oxley was the salesperson we meet with.Very open and friendly person. Allen promised that would be taken care of. He then explained the features that are on the Flex. We feel we made a great deal on the used car.He called us before we went back to pick up the car and let us know that their service department had taken care of the caliper that was causing the break smell. Just bought my 2013 Ford Focus ST from Janet Kramb up at Hines Park Ford, and it was by far the best dealer experience that I have ever had. I have been to some dealerships where the business was good, no complaints for them. And I have been to some dealerships that were just terrible trying to pressure me into a sale, and trying to only move their stock in disregard to what I wanted. Janet at Hines Park Ford was nothing like that, she worked with me to order me the car of my dreams! It was the first brand new car I ever bought so I was not sure of everything that I would have to do or how the process exactly worked and she was there the entire time to help me through it. After I signed the car I was in a hurry and had to rush out, but she invited me to come back to get a walk through on the features of it. I thought I had figured just about everything out by the next day, but I came back anyways just to see if there was something I missed. Boy am I glad I did that, she spent about a half hour to a whole hour walking me through every feature of the car and the MyFord Touch system that it came with! But it didn't even stop there, I noticed a scratch on one of the trim pieces that happened during the building of the car, she made sure that the service department took a picture and ordered the new part before I even signed for the car! I can not believe the excellent level of service that she gave me. I am for sure a customer for life with Janet, she was by far the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. More
