I could not be more pleased with my recent experience with Hines Park Ford. After a bad experience leasing through Brighton Ford, I was very hesitant about getting back into a Ford after my turn in. Allen had sold a car to my son so I thought he would be a good person to start the process with. Allen greeted us warmly and got us into a test vehicle to drive quickly. When we made our choice of cars, he took the time to work through the numbers with us, made sure that he had gotten us all of the rebates we were entitled to, and gave us private time to decide which way we wanted to go. You did it again. Your service impressed me again to the point I had to write a positive note about this dealership. The first time you replaced the "turn system" in less than an hour. This time a deer did major damage when it ran into the passenger side of the car when my wife was on her way home from work. It was closing time when I called but Clint made the call for me to have the car towed to his shop the next morning. The next day he gave us hope that the car was not "totaled."
