My husband is a detail-oriented engineer who researched the vehicle options ahead of time and Derrick worked hard to find the best match for us and patiently and accurately entertained our many questions and demands. He got a vehicle to us quickly since I was without a car and had out of town company arriving within a few days of initially entering the dealership. Derrick also took a great amount of time to walk us through all the electronic features of the vehicle, even staying after closing without making us feel rushed. We needed some service on the Taurus shortly after purchase and he made it happen quickly and provided a dealership vehicle for me to use in the interim. Honest Service I went for my 1st time to this dealer for the Works package, I was informed that they couldn't give me the package that included rotating my tires bec I went for my 1st time to this dealer for the Works package, I was informed that they couldn't give me the package that included rotating my tires because I had bad tread on them, they only charged me for the oil changed and even washed my car, What a surprise, they staff of: Janet, Don , Alan, and Amanda were extremely helpful, They dealership was open, bright and inviting and while waiting for my car to be done, everyone I met treated me with kindness.
